Production Shift Leader: Coach & Drive Line Performance

The Sterling Choice is working with a Leicester food manufacturer to recruit two Shift Managers. You’ll lead five Line Supervisors across ten production lines and have overall responsibility for a team of about 42 people on site.

You’ll coach supervisors, set clear expectations, improve performance metrics (OEE, waste, labour hours per tonne) and handle health and safety issues on shift. The roles are permanent with afternoon or night schedules and competitive pay with a bonus.
