Two-Home Children’s Residential Manager

Elephant Recruitment Group seeks an experienced Dual Registered Manager to provide leadership and regulatory oversight across two children’s homes in Oxfordshire. You will establish consistency in care, safeguarding and team practice while overseeing two 3-bed residential settings.

You will lead and develop large staff teams, ensure Ofsted compliance, and drive quality standards across both services, with a focus on young people’s needs and staff development.
