Evening & Weekend Community Nurse – Home Visits (Band 5)

Bridgewater Community Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting for a Band 5 Community Staff Nurse to join the Out of Hours Community Nursing Service in Halton, covering evening shifts 17:00–23:00, 3 nights a week, including weekends. You will care for housebound patients in their own homes, delivering high-quality, person-centred care to help people remain safe and independent in the community.
