Ernest Gordon Recruitment is seeking a Branch Manager for the Avonmouth depot in the UK. You will lead a dynamic team, drive KPIs, manage drivers, and ensure excellent customer service while pursuing growth opportunities. The role offers progression to Operations Manager and a strong bonus potential.
The position is Monday to Friday, 8am-5:30pm, with every other Saturday 8am-12pm, and a salary in the £40,000–£45,000 range plus progression, training, and bonus. Automotive background preferred.
