Deputy Store Manager — Lead a Busy Team & Own Shifts

Lidl GB is seeking a Deputy Store Manager to lead daily operations in our store. You’ll be calm under pressure, manage cash processes and stock integrity, and inspire colleagues to perform their best.

You’ll take ownership during the Store Manager’s absence, ensuring smooth store performance and excellent customer service. The role offers a competitive £38,000–£46,000 salary with 30–35 days’ holiday (pro rata), 10% in-store discount, a pension, and ongoing training.
