Trauma-Informed Team Leader – Children’s Residential Care

Kennedy and Elliott Partnership LLP seeks a dedicated Team Leader for its residential home in London. You will lead shifts, ensure care standards and Ofsted compliance, and oversee daily operations with a focus on trauma-informed, child-centered support.

Reporting to the Registered Manager, you will manage staffing, safeguarding responsibilities, and family or social worker liaison, with weekends and on-call duties as required.
