Customer Experience Advisor – Branch & Phone (12-Month FTC)

Santander Kendal Penrith branches are seeking a Customer Experience Advisor on a 17.5-hour weekly rota, across 8am–6pm, Monday to Saturday. This 12-month fixed-term contract requires travel between Kendal and Penrith locations and a focus on delivering outstanding customer service.

You’ll handle branch and phone inquiries, processing transactions, and supporting customers with banking products while continuously seeking ways to enhance the customer experience in a multi-skilled team.
