Band 5 Community Nurse – Home Visit Care, Flexible Hours

Locala Community Partnerships CIC is seeking a Band 5 Community Staff Nurse to support nine community teams across North Kirklees and Greater Huddersfield. You will deliver person-centred care in patients’ homes, conduct holistic assessments, and help patients manage health needs effectively.

The role requires flexible hours, includes weekends and late shifts, and offers a preceptorship for newly qualified nurses along with ongoing development and a generous pension. DBS check may apply.
