Children’s Home Manager | Drive Outstanding Ofsted

Delphi Care Solutions Ltd seeks an experienced Registered Children’s Home Manager (or Deputy) to lead a new residential EBD setting in Birmingham. You will drive improvements to achieve Good/Outstanding Ofsted ratings and deliver better outcomes for looked-after children.

Applicants should have a minimum of 2 years in residential childcare, 1 year in supervision/management, and hold Level 3/4 Diploma in Residential Childcare (with progression to Level 5).
