QBE is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Claims Manager in Leeds, hybrid arrangement. You will lead a large team of claims professionals, set strategic direction for the UK Casualty and Motor Personal Injury function, and drive improvements in customer experience and operational efficiency.
You will shape processes, oversee high-value claims activity, manage stakeholders, and use data-led insights to identify trends and strengthen performance for customers and the business.
