Senior Site Officer — Education Estate Lead

E-ACT Merritts Brook Primary Academy in Birmingham is seeking a Senior Site Officer to oversee premises security, maintenance, lighting, heating, cleaning, plant operation and porter duties, ensuring health and safety compliance across the site.

You will coordinate contractors, manage day‑to‑day tasks, and act as the main site contact when the Estates Partner is unavailable, in a 37‑hour week across 52 weeks per year.
