Jacobs Neurological Centre is seeking a Social Worker Assistant in Sawbridgeworth. This role supports assessments and liaises with families and external agencies to identify the best health and wellbeing outcomes for adults with acquired brain injury.

Reporting to a Registered Social Worker, you will help with budgeting, safeguarding, and documentation, and you will assist with social circumstances reports to aid care planning.
