JOB TITLE: Private Client Solicitor PQE REQUIRED: 1+ LOCATION: North Yorkshire SALARY: Up to £50,000 (DOE)
THE ROLE:n An established private client team is looking to appoint a Solicitor to join its busy and well regarded department. You will handle a varied caseload of private client matters, advising clients on wills, probate, lasting powers of attorney, estate planning and trusts. This is an opportunity to build on your existing experience, develop your technical expertise and work with a broad range of clients on important personal and financial matters. You will be part of an established team, with the opportunity to build strong client relationships and contribute to the continued success of the department.
THE CANDIDATE:n The successful candidate will be a qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 1 year's PQE and experience across private client work.n You will have a good grounding in wills, probate, lasting powers of attorney, estate planning and trusts, alongside strong communication and client care skills. You will be organised, proactive and confident providing clear, practical advice to clients.
