HR Manager – On-Site Property Services (Fareham)

Hi-Tech Property Services Ltd in Fareham is seeking a Human Resources Manager to lead HR across our Hampshire-based team. This full-time, on-site role will guide recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations and compliance with employment legislation.

You will develop policies, support managers with staffing and workforce planning, and drive training initiatives for office staff and tradespeople. A CIPD qualification or substantial HR experience is preferred.
