IPS Employment Specialist – Hybrid Community Career Coach

Waythrough is seeking an IPS Employment Specialist to join Better Days Bolton on a full-time, hybrid basis. You will support people affected by drug and alcohol use to move into paid employment, offering personalised, practical help aligned with individual goals.

You will build relationships with employers, coach on CVs and applications, and travel across Bolton to support clients in community and office settings. IT equipment and a mobile phone will be provided.
