Senior Real Estate Development Associate

Freeths is seeking a Managing Associate with 6 years+ PQE and strong commercial real estate experience, with a particular focus on development work. The role is based in the Nottingham market and offers exposure to complex development matters within a collaborative national team.

You will advise on development-led transactions including site acquisitions, strategic land arrangements, development agreements, and mixed-use schemes, collaborating with developers, investors and major corporates.
