What you’ll do:
- If aWendy’s restaurant was a person, it’d be you: fun, fast, friendly andnever out of bacon.
- Whatevercomes up with a customer – good or bad – you handle it like a leader.
- You gethow things work here, and make sure new team members know it, too.
- You makesure food safety standards and procedures are on point
What you bring to the table:
- Experienceof leading people, even better if you did it in a food serviceenvironment.
- 1 yearof line operations experience; with demonstrated ability to lead and manageoperations in a fast-paced environment.
- 1 yearof management experience.
- Fullyflex work availability
You must be willing and able to:
- Travelto other Wendy’s locations (restaurants, area office, etc.) as needed.
- Standand move for most – if not all – of your shift.
