Inside IR35, Hybrid & long term engagement.

Key Requirements:

Work with project teams to select, implement and validate analytics tools.
Analyse data and turn findings into clear, actionable insights that help stakeholders make informed decisions.
Use performance data to guide ongoing service and product improvements.
Ensure data and analysis are accurate, reliable and high quality, using both qualitative and quantitative methods.
Challenge assumptions from a digital perspective and collaborate with digital specialists, particularly user researchers, to build a well-rounded understanding of user needs and service performance.
