Ops Administrator – Dynamics 365 & Supplier Coordination

ITW Construction – Offsite Europe is seeking an Operations Administrator to support smooth materials flow by purchasing, tracking orders, and coordinating with suppliers. Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O and Excel will be essential to raise POs, receipt goods, and maintain accurate inventory records.

You will communicate with suppliers, manage delivery schedules, prepare reports, and uphold ITW core principles in a site-based role in Glenrothes, Fife.
