Capita is recruiting a Fitter/Turner Training Delivery Instructor to run full-time, term-time training sessions at HMS Sultan, Portsmouth. You will deliver hands-on workshops in fitting, turning, milling and general engineering, while guiding learners toward recognised qualifications and maintaining safety and equipment integrity.
You don’t need teaching experience; the role includes full training and a funded teaching qualification to help you transition from toolwork to training.
