What You’ll Be Doing

• Running your section with confidence during service
• Cooking to a high, consistent standard every time
• Helping shape and refine dishes on the menu
• Managing mise en place, stock & waste on your section
• Working as part of a driven, close-knit kitchen team

What We’re Looking For

• Experience as a Chef de Partie (or a Demi ready to step up)
• Solid all-round section skills
• Calm and quick under pressure
• Genuine passion for quality food
