Retail Store Leadership Trainee

Cumberland Farms is seeking a Managers In Training to learn day-to-day operations of a Cumberland Farms convenience store. You will support the Store Manager, train and coach team members, and ensure shelves are stocked and guest service remains outstanding.

The role requires high energy, ability to manage multiple tasks, and a willingness to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays. Training spans with managers across locations to build leadership skills and retail knowledge.
