Customer Experience Host – Flexible Shifts

Tenpin Doncaster is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to deliver an excellent guest experience. You will manage reception bookings, answer enquiries, identify sales opportunities, host events, and serve food and drinks while ensuring the centre remains clean, welcoming, and smoothly run.

You’ll collaborate across departments—from Laser Arena to Escape Rooms and karaoke rooms—while maintaining a proactive, friendly demeanor and flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
