Strategic Head of Occupational Health & Wellbeing

Pontoon seeks an experienced Occupational Health & Wellbeing Lead to shape strategy across a major UK infrastructure programme based in Birmingham. This senior role drives enterprise-wide health and wellbeing, overseeing governance, risk management and partner collaboration.

The role is hybrid, requiring 2 days onsite in Birmingham with travel to other sites, and a 6-month initial contract. You will partner with senior leaders to embed proactive wellbeing practices across thousands of workers.
