Pick Everard is seeking an experienced Bid Writer or Senior Bid Writer to join its established Bid Team. You will craft compelling bids that showcase our people, expertise and innovative approach, turning complex information into clear, persuasive content.

You will work with colleagues across the business to manage the writing process for bids of varying priority, review content for reuse, and help shape answer plans and bid strategies while supporting junior writers.
