Refuse Loader

We are currently recruiting Refuse Loaders for an immediate start in Worcester.

This is a fantastic Temp-to-Perm opportunity for reliable candidates looking for ongoing work with the potential to secure a permanent position.

Location: WorcesterPay Rate: £12.21 per hourWorking Days: Tuesday to FridayHours: 06:30 – 16:454-day working weekImmediate starts availableTemp-to-Perm opportunity

The Role:

• Collecting household waste and recycling
• Working alongside a refuse collection vehicle
• Loading bins and waste safely and efficiently
• Working as part of a team to complete daily collection rounds
• Following health & safety procedures at all times
• Working outdoors in different weather conditions

What We’re Looking For:

• Reliable and punctual
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual work
• Comfortable working outdoors
• Good team player with a strong work ethic
• Previous refuse/waste experience is beneficial but not essential
