Site Quality ManagerSuffolkUp to £90,000You’ve almost certainly eaten what they make, and probably this week. It’s a big, high-volume site making household-name brands, owned by a business that takes food safety seriously. It also backs the people who run quality instead of just asking them to sign things off. They need a Site Quality Manager to own quality across the whole site. That doesn’t mean sitting in an office polishing the HACCP plan. It means being on the floor, being seen, and being the person production comes to before there’s a problem, not after. What you’d be doing:Leading the site’s quality team and the culture behind it, so quality is something the whole site does, not just your departmentKeeping the site audit-ready every day, whether it’s BRCGS, customer audits or retailer visitsHandling complaints, root cause analysis and CAPA properly, so the same issue doesn’t keep coming backWorking with Ops, Engineering, Hygiene and NPD as an equal partner, not as the department of “no”Using data to spot trends early and push continuous improvementDeveloping your team, because good people want to know where they’re heading nextWhat they’re looking for:Quality management experience in food manufacturing, ideally on a high-volume, multi-line siteSolid knowledge of HACCP, BRCGS and retailer standardsSomeone who can get a room on side, from the shop floor to the senior leadership teamLevel 4 HACCP or equivalentThis is a fantastic role and company, I can’t imagine this being around for long. A great opportunity to work with products everybody as enjoyed and real progression plans offered. Please get in touch with Owen on 01733 731939 to learn more about this exciting opening.
