CNC Setter/Operator: 4‑Day Week, Flexible Shifts

HR GO Group is recruiting CNC Setter/Operator roles in Ely, Cambridgeshire. Pay £15-£20 per hour, with a 4-day week on days or a 3-day week on nights. These permanent roles involve setting, running and supporting CNC lathes or mills, with shift premiums included.

You’ll load programs, set tooling and offsets, read drawings and monitor quality. Experience with Fanuc controls and drawing interpretation is desirable; strong problem-solving and team-working skills are essential.
