Housing Customer Care Advisor – First Contact

Wolverhampton Homes is looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join the Customer Contact & Access Team. You will be the first point of contact for tenants and customers, delivering accurate advice, support and solutions over the phone, email, social media and via the customer portal.

This role requires a strong commitment to great service, resilience under pressure and a willingness to undertake on-going training.
