Shift Manager — Lead a Fast, Customer-First Team

Greggs Milngavie is seeking a Shift Manager to lead a shop team and ensure exceptional customer service across in-store, delivery, Click+Collect and drive-thru channels. You’ll support the Manager, motivate colleagues and uphold high standards while you coordinate shift coverage and daily operations.

Your role includes preparing products, managing ovens, stocking displays and maintaining a welcoming, clean shop environment for all customers.
