Five Guys in Cheltenham is seeking a hands-on Shift Manager to lead a fast-paced crew on the shop floor and dining area. You’ll support the General Manager, coach team members, and ensure burgers, fries and customer service meet Five Guys standards.
You’ll foster an enthusiastic, energetic environment, manage shift operations, handle customer concerns with openness, and uphold food safety and cleanliness. Prior hospitality leadership and a passion for guest experience are essential.
