Employment Rights Advisor — Workplace Law & Guidance

Hewett Recruitment is seeking an Employment & Workplace Advisor in Kidderminster, office-based, full-time, Monday to Friday 9am-5pm, at £19.85 per hour. You’ll provide confidential guidance to members on employment and workplace issues by phone, email and online.

You will handle a varied caseload, explain rights, research legislation, and reference ACAS guidance. Strong knowledge of UK employment law and experience in employment advice or casework is essential.
