Carpenter/Joiner – Social Housing Repairs & Maintenance

Morgan Sindall Property Services in Basildon, Essex, is seeking an experienced Carpenter/Joiner to deliver repairs, maintenance and void works across social housing properties. You’ll work to high standards, following drawings and instructions, and use a handheld device to receive tasks.

The role includes responsive and planned joinery, carpentry, tiling, kitchen and bathroom fitting, with full UK driving license and CSCS Blue card desirable.
