Transformation Team Lead – UK (Hybrid) – c£80K + Bonus
We are working with a rapidly growing AI consultancy that helps organisations move beyond AI experimentation and make AI genuinely operational across their businesses. They combine strategy, technology and hands-on delivery across Microsoft Copilot, AI agents, workflow transformation and AI governance. They are now looking for an ambitious Transformation Team Lead to take ownership of client delivery, lead a growing consulting team and play a key role in the continued growth of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own delivery across a portfolio of client engagements, ensuring projects have clear outcomes, strong senior stakeholder relationships and a measurable path to business impact.
- Act as a senior consultant across selected workstreams, getting hands-on where your experience and judgement can add the most value.
- Take responsibility for account growth, building trusted client relationships, creating tangible value and identifying follow-on opportunities.
- Lead, coach and develop a team of Adoption Managers and Agent Engineers, setting high standards across quality, communication, ownership and delivery.
- Develop future leaders and help raise the overall consulting capability and performance of the team.
- Continuously improve the organisation’s delivery methodologies, playbooks, templates and reusable assets, making successful approaches repeatable and scalable.
Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience in consulting, digital transformation or enterprise technology delivery.
- Proven track record of growing client accounts and identifying opportunities for additional work.
- Experience leading, coaching or developing high-performing consulting or delivery teams.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to thrive in a fast-moving, high-growth and high-ownership environment.
- Strong operational skills, with a track record of driving accountability, utilisation and efficiency across teams.
