We are looking for a hard working individual to join our excellent reception team on a temporary basis for maternity cover.
Previous experience in a medical administration / reception role would be advantageous, as would a good working knowledge of Vision / Docman. Duties will include responding to patients at reception and over the telephone, processing prescriptions and mail, booking GP and Nurse appointments and other administrative duties.
Possessing excellent communication skills and computer literacy with the ability to use your own initiative and work under pressure, be flexible and work as part of a team or on your own is essential for the role.
20 hours Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday
