• Answer phone calls promptly, addressing inquiries and scheduling appointments.
• Maintain patient records accurately, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.
• Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and postal mail.
• Coordinate with medical staff to ensure seamless patient flow throughout the clinic.
• Processing of Prescriptions/Registrations and also helping with any other administrative tasks
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure smooth operations within the practice.
