Hybrid PMO Resource Planner & Contractor Onboarding

First Point Group is seeking a Resource & Workforce Planning Specialist on a part-time contract in Reading. The role is 3 days per week (Tue, Wed, Thu) with hybrid, mostly remote working to support a major UK telecommunications programme.

You will collaborate with programme managers, recruitment partners and suppliers to manage resource demand, onboarding and workforce administration, ensuring the right people are in place for critical infrastructure delivery.
