Overview

Senior Associate – Incentives at a top City law firm. You will deliver incentives advice to private and public companies, covering share plans, employee trusts, transactional support, employment tax, financial services and bonus arrangements. You will join a small, close-knit team led by a market name in the sector, in London. This role offers exposure to high-profile matters and a pathway to advance within a reputable firm. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to shape incentive schemes and support corporate transactions.

Responsibilities

• Provide incentives advice for private and public companies, including share plans, employee trusts, transactional support, employment tax, FS and bonus arrangements

Key requirements

• E&W qualified solicitor
• 5-8 PQE gained within a leading City law firm
