Senior Safeguarding Lead & Wellbeing Strategist

The Northern Arch Learning Partnership seeks an experienced Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) to oversee safeguarding and child protection across the college. You will provide strategic leadership, manage safeguarding staff, and work with senior leaders, external agencies and families to protect students.

You will also champion mental health and wellbeing as Senior Mental Health Lead, ensuring effective policies, training and high standards of safeguarding practice across the organisation.
