Job Description:
Rangers Football Club is seeking an experienced Child Wellbeing & Protection Officer to lead safeguarding within the People & Culture team. You will ensure a safe, inclusive environment for children and young people involved with the Club, working with the Academy, staff and external partners.
You will develop and implement safeguarding policies, deliver training, coordinate recruitment checks, and maintain confidential records while reporting to the Board on safeguarding activity and risk.
