Hospital Domestic Services Lead

Medirest, on site at Addenbrooke’s Hospital in Cambridge, is seeking a proactive Deputy Domestic Manager to lead domestic services. You’ll help ensure safe, compliant cleaning, support patient safety, and drive service excellence across clinical and non-clinical areas.

You’ll coach supervisors, manage staffing and rotas, support audits, and build strong relationships with clinical teams and Trust stakeholders.
