Overview
In this London-based role you join a respected real estate developer to drive land acquisitions and oversee front-end planning for landmark residential schemes. You will contribute to expanding the portfolio and steer acquisition activity within a busy development team. The position offers clear progression toward Senior Land & Development Manager based on successful acquisitions and planning outputs, plus a discretionary bonus tied to results.

- identify and secure land acquisitions for major London schemes
- lead front-end planning and development processes
- coordinate due diligence and viability assessments
- support planning applications and liaison with stakeholders
- collaborate with investment/acquisition teams to grow the portfolio
- drive progression of acquisitions through to build-out readiness
