Site Manager – Social Housing Refurbishment (High-Rise)

Fawkes & Reece Group in Bristol is seeking a Site Manager with a strong track record in social housing refurbishment, retrofit, decarbonisation and high-rise/high-risk projects. You will lead direct employees and subcontractors, coordinate pre-construction and construction activities, and ensure works meet health and safety standards.

You’ll manage tenant liaison officers and work with local authorities/housing associations on refurbishment schemes such as re-cladding, roofing and EWI.
