Regional Manager, North East Region – Decorators Merchant

Brewers Decorator Centre is seeking a Regional Manager to lead the North East region, driving growth and profitability across 24 branches with a team of 130 colleagues. You will oversee operations from Inverness to St Ives and ensure exceptional customer service and sales performance.

You will work closely with senior leaders and regional teams, manage multiple P&Ls, and travel within the region, occasionally visiting Albany House in Eastbourne.
