Pay: £27,500.00-£30,000.00 per year
As a growing nursery, we are excited to welcome a passionate and dedicated Room Leader to join us on our journey. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to make a real difference, contribute fresh ideas, and help shape the future of a special nursery where children can learn, explore, and flourish.
As Room Leader, you will play a key role in supporting all aspects of nursery operations. You will help lead and inspire your room team, ensuring the highest standards of care, learning, development, and safety for every child. Working closely with the Nursery Manager and wider team, you will contribute to creating an outstanding learning environment and a positive, nurturing culture.

Job Description
To Be Successful at Shortlisting, Applicants Must Demonstrate:
Experience working with children aged 0–5 years, with an excellent understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
A Level 3 Childcare qualification or above (essential).
Strong leadership skills and previous experience leading or supporting a team.
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
A passion for children’s learning, development, and wellbeing.
The ability to build positive relationships with colleagues, children, families, and the wider community.
A proactive, collaborative, and enthusiastic approach to working within a growing nursery.
Education: GCSE or equivalent preferred
Experience:
Nursery: 1 year preferred.
Childcare: 1 year preferred .
Management or leadership: 1 year preferred.
Licence/Certification: Driving Licence required. (Due to the location of the setting)
Ability to commute/relocate: Petersfield GU31 5RN: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Nursery and Childcare: 2 years (required)
Drivers Licence (required)
