UK Retail HR Advisor — ER, Engagement & Training Lead

Urban Outfitters Europe is seeking a Senior HR Advisor to support our UK retail population. You will work with the HR team and store management to ensure compliant, effective employee relations and learning initiatives across the UK.

Reporting to the Senior HR Manager, you will help update policies, deliver targeted training and assist with performance management and workforce changes as needed. Experience in retail HR is ideal.
