Payroll Manager — Lead, Mentor & Compliance Expert

Regional Recruitment is seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to oversee the full payroll cycle, from timesheet collection to submission and reporting. The role requires strong knowledge of payroll processing, legislation and supervision of a junior staff member.

You will manage weekly payroll, ensure compliance with HMRC FPS submissions, CIS deductions and pension contributions, while maintaining accurate payroll records and reconciliations. Office-based, Mon–Fri in Leicestershire.
