Head Chef: Lead a High-Energy Kitchen & Team Growth

Barranco Lounge, part of Loungers, is hiring a hands-on Head Chef to lead the kitchen on a full-time basis. You’ll own the kitchen from open to close, build a motivated team and drive high standards in a busy café bar.

You’ll develop your team, ensure menu specs are executed, manage stock and GP, and work with front of house to create a true one-team culture. There’s real progression through in-house training and a competitive bonus scheme.
