In this role you will manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instructions through post-completion. You will handle sales, purchases, remortgages and various property ownership types for an established client base. A solid grasp of the conveyancing process is essential, and an interest in business development and marketing is advantageous. Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end conveyancing caseload from instruction to post-completion
• Handle sales, purchases, remortgages and freehold/leasehold/shared ownership matters
• Develop and maintain relationships with an established client base
• Apply sound knowledge of the conveyancing process to deliver client-focused solutions

Key requirements

• Qualified solicitor with experience in residential conveyancing
• Strong understanding of the conveyancing process and related tasks
