They’ve got a friendly working culture, and they’re now looking for a Partner who wants to play a key role in shaping the future of their residential property department.

You’d be taking the lead on a mix of high-quality residential property matters while helping to guide and develop the team. There’s plenty of autonomy, and you’ll have space to bring your own ideas and build on existing client and referral relationships

Requirements

• Has strong experience across residential property work
• Is confident dealing with clients and happy to support junior colleagues
• Brings a commercial mindset and is comfortable helping drive growth
• Enjoys building relationships internally and externally
• A following is helpful but not essential.
